Adam Equipment's new German subsidiary, AE Adam GmbH, is pleased to introduce its office staff members.

The AE Adam team will offer local service, including multilingual customer assistance and help with marketing documents such as instruction and service manuals, product descriptions, flyers, and catalogues. These professionals are committed to providing the highest level of service to Adam's European dealers and customers, according to Reiner Schlosser, business development and sales manager of AE Adam.

"The new AE Adam employees understand the local markets and are knowledgeable about our products," Mr. Schlosser said. "Additionally, we now have trained technicians to perform service for both retail customers and end-users." In his role as manager of the new office in Felde, Mr. Schlosser oversees four dedicated staff members:

  • Barbara Schadel has been a valued employee of Adam Equipment and AE Adam for nine years. Barbara's role entails sharing her versatility and diverse experience in the areas of marketing, sales, service and administration.
  • Sabine Gebers came to AE Adam this year as a new member of the sales staff in Felde. Her prior sales and marketing background will help Sabine work closely with members of the AE Adam distributor network, providing support and assistance.
  • Dietmar Eggers recently joined AE Adam as a service engineer. With 20 years dedicated to his education, training, and experience in the technical service field, Dietmar possesses the valuable skills and workmanship necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  • Martin Bobeth is a new addition to AE Adam this year. Highly experienced in warehouse operation, Martin also brings along his exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage the warehouse.
